Hi, Love your blog! You do excellent photography and I appreciate both your low-carb and low-cal recipes. Perfect! I was wondering if you have tried these little known gluten free and paleo products: Miss Paleo Mixes. They have some more information on the website: www.misspaleomixes.com If you'd like to try a sample to review on your blog, we'd be happy to send it! Feel free to email if you decide this is something that interests you. Thank you! -Rachel

Hi! I love you blog! I went through something very similar and I'm doing a Christmas cooking experimentation :) I'm from the UK and we can't get Earth Balance and I've noticed you use it in a lot of your recipes. Do you think I could use Kerry PURE instead? And if so do you think the Sunflower or the Soya would be better for cooking?

Hi Fawn! Kerry would work beautifully, and both sunflower and soya are fine. Love from across the pond!

I recently tried making the All for One Brownies but found the erythritol to have kind of a weird flavor. Do you find either Truvia or Splends to be a good substitute? Thanks.

Thank you for trying the recipe, Katie! I'm sorry that Erythritol didn't sit well with your taste buds. What brand did you purchase? Truvia or Splenda would both be good substitutes due to their powdered nature. However, keep in mind that Truvia uses erythritol as a main ingredient. In fact, erythritol composes 99.1% of Truvia! Enjoy!!

Thanks for your question, Sophie! Unfortunately, there isn't a concise answer to your question because the amount of grams in a cup varies on what is filling that cup! Here is a helpful chart detailing the number of grams in many standard baking ingredients: http://allrecipes.com/howto/cup-to-gram-conversions/. Hope that this helps:-)

I have been looking for a paleo bread that is baking powder free (do not like the taste) so your bread with yeast is just the thing, can't wait to bake it
